Description: My client is a specialist Financial Services organisation with a vacancy for a Change Manager working on the Finance Transformation program.
As a Change Manager working within the Finance Transformation Program you will understand and challenge business requirements, objectively translating these into clearly defined Finance Applications and IT Solutions drawing from your extensive knowledge of Technology and architecture. You will balance the needs of the project, the business and the Finance and IT strategy ensuring organisational fit, compliance and ongoing business change.

Minimum Years Experience: 10 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– You will have experience of working within a Financial Services Organisation with experience of insurance and/or Life business being desirable.
– You possess demonstrable knowledge and experience in Finance Application development, Systems integration and Enterprise platforms including SAAS platforms.
– You have proven experience of working in an architect role within projects, providing solution design, project support and delivery of project architecture to drive out cost effective solutions.
– You are a first-class communicator who has the ability to work collaboratively and influence with various stakeholders and disciplines.
– You have strong knowledge and understanding of the finance function, change management processes, systems, and industry trends.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– You will identify and assess the current state of the finance function, including the processes, people, and technology, and provide recommendations for improvement and alignment with the business strategy and objectives.
– You will develop and execute the finance transformation change management plan, including the scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, budget, risks, and benefits.
– Evaluate and report on the outcomes and impacts of the finance transformation change initiatives and identify and implement the lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
– You will work with the transformation team to analyse the current state and future needs of the finance function and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
– You will help design the solution architecture and the technical specifications for the finance systems, processes, data, and integration.
