Consulting Director Payroll Practice

Description: An exciting opportunity for a Director to join the Payroll Practice of one of our key clients. The Payroll practice is growing at pace and the Company are keen to recruit a senior level Director reporting to the Executive Practice Lead. This role will be to drive the strategic direction of the practice, developing leads and sales opportunities and also delivering some of their biggest payroll transformation projects.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Extensive experience in global Payroll consulting with a proven track record of leadership and delivering client transformation projects.
– Deep understanding of Payroll processes and ways of working.
– Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
– Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
– Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Support the development and execution of the strategic vision for the Payroll Practice.
– Identify market trends, client needs and competitive landscape.
– Positively promote the Payroll Practice, generate new sales leads and foster relationships with existing clients.
– Drive profitability and ensure the achievement of financial targets.
– Responsibility for day to day client delivery on the largest transformational projects with remit across the full end to end Payroll Operating model, including system, processes, people and data.
