Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Our Client are looking for a Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong skills across Talent and Oracle Recruiting Cloud You will be responsible for the leading the successful design, implementation and support of HCM Cloud solutions for a range of clients. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Successfully delivered Oracle Recruiting Cloud projects. - Knowledge of how Oracle Recruiting cloud fits into Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. - Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels of seniority. - The ability to provide innovative, creative and practical solutions, whilst delivering value. - Experience of working in a customer facing role and delivery experience. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Conduct workshops and advise the client on best practice and issues. - Configure the Core HR system to match business and client requirements. - Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions. - Lead the Oracle Cloud HCM Talent and ORC stream on your designed projects. - Build trusted relationships with clients and manage their expectations on delivery and timescales within the scope.

Engagement Type: Reporting and development Description: Our client is one of the UK's largest food businesses, supplying poultry to retailers, food service and food manufacturers. As a department they are moving to a landscape based on Oracle Reporting Tools and this will be the focus of the role. They want to build an understanding of their business in order to identify and address critical issues by providing data that is accurate, reliable, and ensures that information is easily available to users. You will work closely with the Business and IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. Reporting to the Senior BI Developer, you will be supporting the smooth and streamlined operations of services under department maintenance and support. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Excellent knowledge and understanding of Data profiling, Data analytics, Data visualisation and reporting, and Oracle OTBI subject areas. - Excellent experience of designing and developing reports and visualisations using the Oracle products set. - Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion Subject Areas. - Knowledge and understanding of Data warehousing life cycle, Data modelling and design and knowledge of Business Analysis techniques. - Experience of designing and developing reports and visualisations using the Microsoft products set. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Supporting the delivery of our BI Strategy and Road Map and provide Documentation of BI deliverables. - Support the design of data models, reports and visualisations to meet business needs using the Oracle BI tool set (Fusion and OAC). - Maintain departmental operating procedures as they pertain to the role. - Creatively and independently, provide resolution to technical problems in a cost-effective manner. - Conduct research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable in regard to emerging technologies, processes and procedures.

Engagement Type: Consultancy Description: The role is for an Oracle Cloud Functional CX Consultant to be part of large transformation program and you are required to work closely with Customer's Business Process owners and SME's. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - SME in Oracle Domains and Oracle CX Modules. - Fit gap analysis, document functional specifications and test plan documents. - Experience in several end to end Cloud implementations. - Technical knowledge in Oracle Fusion table and OIC. - Excellent written and verbal communications. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Provide excellent consulting services and solutions to the customer through all phases. - Communicate with the offshore team for configurations, testing and development tasks. - Coordinate with end users for testing. - Strong focus on delivery and good client communication. - Excellent communication and coordination with clients and strong delivery on focus.
