Senior Siebel Consultant

Description: My client is a premium Oracle consultancy, delivering a high level of service to organisations across the UK and beyond. They have a 95% customer retention rate, and their team consists of high performing people, some of the best in their field.

They are looking for an experienced Siebel consultant to join the Enterprise Application consulting practice. While we are looking for Siebel as a core skill, we also highly value anyone who has, or is looking to expand, skills in other similar applications like Oracle CX Sales.

Minimum Years Experience: 4 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– 4+ years working in Siebel Technical Development, with hands on experience of designing solutions, not just writing the code or developing.
– Leading or playing a key role in delivery projects with good communication skills and the ability to command credibility with clients and colleagues.
– General IT architecture experience and Database skills working in SQL and data modelling etc.
– Experience in one or more of the following key technology skills: Systems integration, APIs, REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle Database, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Integration Cloud or Informatica.
– Experience with team development and mentorship.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Strong experience in implementing and supporting Siebel CRM applications, including configuration, customisation, and integration.
– Expert in Siebel Tools and working with Siebel Workflow, Siebel eScript, Siebel Open UI, EIM and EAI etc.
– Excellent understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modelling.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
