Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant

Description: Our client is an award-winning Oracle Partner specialising in the implementation and support of ERP, EPM, and HCM business solutions, both in the Cloud and on-premise. Many leading organisations located all over the world trust and rely on our client’s expertise to deliver industry-leading business solutions.

Although based in central London, you will be expected to travel as required by the business, and work wherever the clients need you to be.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Successfully delivered at least 3 Payroll projects (UK and Global) including Oracle Cloud.
– A full understanding of how HCM and Payroll fits into the whole ERP design and relationship with other Oracle modules.
– Experience of Pensions, UK Legislation, RTI, auto-enrolment.
– Strong configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, calculation cards and approvals.
– Oracle Cloud certifications and specialisations completed.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.
– Contributing to the development of business cases for technology transformation.
– You will specialise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll and work closely with our clients to support them in making strategic and operational decisions about their businesses.
– You will be a trusted business advisor to our clients with a robust Oracle Cloud HCM implementation background.
– You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
