SAP Manager

Engagement Type: Client Facing

Description: Our client is looking for an SAP manager to be responsible for ensuring that assistance is provided to all geographically located users with a customer service focus.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Extensive SAP S/4 HANA (Cloud) experience, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment.
– Demonstrable experience in Change Management within an SAP deployment.
– Proven experience in working with outsourced support environments.
– Proven experience in 3rd party management.
– Ability to work with users to understand issues and translate them to requirements.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Ensure the smooth operation of the SAP environment.
– Act as a liaison between the Business and Service Providers.
– Engage with Superusers and their functions to drive the improvement of processes, whilst appropriately prioritising them and agreeing a roadmap with the superusers representing their business function.
– Manage appointed Service providers.
– Own, Manage and Ensure compliance with authorisation processes.
