Oracle HR Systems Specialist

Description: We have a great opportunity for a HR Systems Specialist to join our Clients HR Systems team. This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave. As an HR Systems Specialist you will focus on the functional aspect and will provide expertise relating to the Oracle HCM platform.

Our Client introduced Oracle Cloud HCM in 2018 to support 1000+ employees, and currently use a broad suite of modules covering Core HR, absence, learn, compensation, benefits, performance and goals and recruiting.
The key aspects of this role will be the delivery of quarterly releases, support with the delivery of a planned programme of change requests and enhancements and resolving day-to-day queries from the HR team and wider business users.

Minimum Years Experience: 2 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Demonstrable experience in maintaining and improving an Oracle HCM platform.
– Experience of configuring and making changes in Oracle HCM.
– You will have the ability to communicate changes to users effectively and provide training when necessary.
– You will have good analytical and conceptual skills, ideally data analysis skills and familiarity with Oracle reporting tools.
– A proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels in a matrix-management environment.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Provide Oracle HCM functional support to users throughout the UK and covering France, Germany, UAE, China and Singapore.
– Support in delivering a programme of work to maintain and improve the Oracle HCM system, liaising with module SMEs on release changes and new features.
– Provide advice and guidance on the best practice use and configuration of Oracle HCM whilst identifying solutions that work best for the Group.
– Develop, test, and implement functionality changes across Oracle HCM.
– Provide support on Oracle HCM reports and processes, using OTBI tool.
