Oracle ERP Practice Lead O2C

Description: We’re looking for an experienced ERP Practice Lead (O2C), to join the ERP delivery team in a client-facing role. Reporting to our ERP Practice Director, you will be joining our talented delivery team and working on exciting projects across our broad client base.

Working as an integral part of the delivery team, you’ll provide excellent functional skills in the implementation of Oracle Cloud, backed up by proven hands-on experience as you’ll need to scope, design, configure and test in a client-facing delivery capacity using Oracle ERP Cloud applications, you’ll work on some of the most high-profile Oracle implementations in the UK, with various clients in different industries.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Functional professional with 2 full lifecycle ERP Financials implementations, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle or R12.
– Extensive experience implementing Account Receivables, Collections, and Cash Management.
– Demonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements.
– Ability to build, validate and present solution designs and business process information to both technical and business audiences.
– Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
– Preparing and delivering presentations for project teams, management, and customers as appropriate.
– Work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
– Leading a small team of ERP Consultants and will need to be a natural leader.
– Managing individual work packages, managing architecture discussions, supporting pre-sales activities, and providing thought leadership on how to get the best out of the Oracle applications.
