Oracle Cloud Support Lead

Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Support Lead to join the ERP team. The Support Lead will manage a team of Support Analysts and ensure that the applications implemented are supported and maintained correctly.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Strong Techno-Functional support knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials applications.
– Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion cloud reporting tools including EPM, OTBI and SmartView.
– Strong Incident, Problem Management and Change Management process knowledge.
– Experience leading and managing a team of support staff.
– Identification of third-party application and integration to the Oracle Cloud.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Be the focal point of support for the cloud-based Oracle software as a service platform.
– Develop & support expert users in the business and work with them to increase their understanding and capabilities in Oracle.
– Work with finance teams to improve existing working practices and introduce new ones.
– Supervise and develop other IT Oracle Support Analyst staff.
– Drive Problem Management process and activities to ensure the Oracle platform does not suffer recurring issues.
