Oracle Cloud ERP Support Associate

Description: The Oracle Cloud ERP Support Consultant will be responsible for supporting the group from Budapest mainly covering customer care, commercial support, and financial services. The role will involve delivering support across a newly implemented Oracle Cloud Financials implementation covering Order to Cash, Record to Report and Procure to Pay.

Minimum Years Experience: 3 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Excellent knowledge of the Oracle ERP suite, specifically Finance.
– Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting tools, such as OTBI and BI Reports.
– Experience with governance and maintenance of chart of accounts and segment hierarchy.
– Experience with maintaining the configurations within the relevant Oracle Cloud modules.
– Demonstrated knowledge in enterprise architecture, PaaS environments, and applications that support the record to report life cycle.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Triage issues raised by end users.
– Undertake root cause analysis of customer issues raised, apply fixes as necessary and manage through to resolution.
– Managing expectations with the customer through change and the issue life cycle.
– Working with the customer to identify and document business requirements.
– Assist with developing and maintaining support guides, training to end users, preparation of reports, presentations.
