Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

– Oracle C2M/CCB and MDM Solution Design, development, and support.
– Test Execution.
– Stakeholder Management.
– Functional Knowledge on utility industry.
– Experience of managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

– Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.
– Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones, and Portals.
– Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points.
– Experience in Solution Design and support.
– Good communication skills, working with the senior team within client sites.
