Description: We are looking for an Oracle eBusiness Suite Business Application Analyst, Customer Service & Logistics to join our clients European regional IT team. In this role you will provide business process guidance, problem solving and on-going operational support to the international user community for the Oracle eBusiness Suite. The focus will be on troubleshooting issues to determine a root cause and implementing solutions. Fluent English and other European languages would be beneficial.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

– Bachelor’s degree in Management Systems, Business or similar.
– Significant experience of working with R12 Oracle E-Business Suite.
– Knowledge and understanding of order management processes within customer service and logistics.
– Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and communication skills.
– Experience working in a MedTech environment is a plus.

– Monitor daily processing to identify and correct problematic conditions before business operations are affected.
– Gather and evaluate business requirements, develop detailed functional specification for potential business process improvements.
– Engage with business leaders to identify and prioritize issues and areas of need, including user training.
– Supports multiple projects and tasks within assigned area of Oracle ERP portfolio and related business applications.
– Perform application set-up and configuration in support of the implementation of new modules or the addition of new functionality.
