Engagement Type: Consultancy Description: The Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Support Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of incidents, problem resolution and change activities to one strategic Public sector customer. Reporting into the Lead Oracle Cloud HR Support Consultant, the role will be part of a wider team working collaboratively across our Client’s company and with the Client’s customer to deliver fantastic products and services. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Eligible for Security Clearance. - Excellent knowledge of a wide range of modules in the Oracle HCM suite but particularly recruitment. - Experience of ITIL fundamentals including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management. - Ability to work across multiple deliverables. - Desirable background in recruitment. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Managing the Oracle Cloud HCM and Recruitment Support for the customer including request fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management and Change. - As appropriate undertake root cause analysis of customer issues raised, apply fix as necessary and manage through to resolution. - Managing expectations with the customer through change and/or issue lifecycle. - Working with the customer to identify and document business requirements. - Supporting the design of the technological solution for the customer and ensure best practice approaches, tools and templates are used, and manage the team to deliver high quality solutions and services.

Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Oracle Programme Director required on a global Oracle Cloud Implementation of Financials, Procurement, HCM and Payroll. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Experience in delivering Oracle projects. - Oracle Cloud delivery is a nice to have. - Key stakeholder and direction management. - Experience in global Oracle Cloud rollouts. - Educated to a Degree Level. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Manage stakeholders and directors. - Manage SI on site. - To work with, manage and lead vendor/3rd party expectations. - To manage a complex planning and execute project. - Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team across all stages of the project.

Engagement Type: Support Description: To provide ongoing support on reporting aspects to the Oracle Cloud fusion application - includes Production support and ongoing continuous improvement enhancement support for all reports for HCM and ERP Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Proven report development experience using Oracle Tools - OTBI Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Oracle BI Publisher including dashboard reports, agents, scheduling and RTF template reports. - Experience with Bursting through Scheduling and Scheduled Event Triggers. - Good knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP underlying data table structures and strong SQL skills’ - Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to understand their data sets and requirements. - Experience of data security. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Working as part of the Oracle Applications team. - Work with relevant Finance and HR stakeholders. - Gather requirements and develop Reports to fit Business need. - Work across a number of environments with different stake holders. - Team Player, happy to be involved in all reporting activities.
