Engagement Type: Implementation, Support and Service Delivery Description: Our client, a specialist Oracle Implementation partner is looking for candidates with proven experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll to join an exciting project that is about to begin shortly. They are looking for an experienced Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant with Cloud implementation experience to take a management position within Oracle Cloud Payroll. You will need to be ambitious, motivated, adaptable and flexible, with experience in 2 cloud payroll implementations. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Successfully delivered Payroll Cloud projects including full life cycle implementations. - A full understanding of how Payroll fits into the whole ERP design and its relationship with other Oracle modules. - Excellent client facing skills and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels of seniority. - The ability to provide innovative, creative and practical solutions, whilst delivering value. - Experience of working in a customer facing role with delivery experience. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Performing system enhancements and leading design workshops. - Configure the Payroll system to match business and client requirements. - Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions. - Manage the team of support consultants and graduates, providing both line management as well as support and guidance in their technical development in support. - Supporting the design of the technological solution for the customer and ensure best practice approaches, tools and templates are used.

Engagement Type: Implementation Description: Oracle Programme Director required on a global Oracle Cloud Implementation of Financials, Procurement, HCM and Payroll. Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Experience in delivering Oracle projects. - Oracle Cloud delivery is a nice to have. - Key stakeholder and direction management. - Experience in global Oracle Cloud rollouts. - Educated to a Degree Level. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Manage stakeholders and directors. - Manage SI on site. - To work with, manage and lead vendor/3rd party expectations. - To manage a complex planning and execute project. - Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team across all stages of the project.

Engagement Type: Support Description: To provide ongoing support on reporting aspects to the Oracle Cloud fusion application - includes Production support and ongoing continuous improvement enhancement support for all reports for HCM and ERP Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years 5 Key Skills Required: - Proven report development experience using Oracle Tools - OTBI Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Oracle BI Publisher including dashboard reports, agents, scheduling and RTF template reports. - Experience with Bursting through Scheduling and Scheduled Event Triggers. - Good knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM and ERP underlying data table structures and strong SQL skills’ - Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to understand their data sets and requirements. - Experience of data security. 5 Areas of Responsibility: - Working as part of the Oracle Applications team. - Work with relevant Finance and HR stakeholders. - Gather requirements and develop Reports to fit Business need. - Work across a number of environments with different stake holders. - Team Player, happy to be involved in all reporting activities.
